Celebrating Another Wine Spectator Award!
IL Centro has once again been honored with a "Best of Award of Excellence" by Wine Spectator for 2013!
In a recent Chow Town article online, The Kansas City Star lists Osteria IL Centro as one of only three restaurants in the city to win the coveted award. We're also thrilled to announce that our sister restaurant, Minsky's Pizza, received a nod for "Award of Excellence."
The Wine Spectator "Best of Award of Excellence" award was created to give special recognition to only 850 restaurants around the globe that clearly exceed the requirements of their prestigious “Award of Excellence.” These reserve lists typically offer 400 or more selections, however, our Wine Club members and frequent guests know that Osteria IL Centro is proud to number over 1,000! Along with superior presentation, winners display either vintage depth, with several vertical offerings of top wines, or excellent breadth across several wine regions.
