The GJ Reserve is something OIC is exceptionally proud to offer. Osteria IL Centro proprietors Gregg Johnson and Brent Wittrock have long been fans of the wines of Sonoma, so it was no surprise they chose an Alexander Valley favorite, Trentadue Winery, to produce their own Private Label, Cabernet Sauvignon for OIC. GJ Reserve (named after OIC founder Gregg Johnson) has a dense ruby-purple color followed by abundant varietal aromas; it’s fresh and juicy with balanced acidity and very soft tannin.
"Creating our own wine is something we've envisioned for quite a while now.
