Osteria Bruschetta
We suggest the Osteria Bruschetta, made with juicy tomatoes, capers, and fresh basil with grilled bread and topped with Parmesan. Or if you prefer something more robust, you’ll definitely want to try the Veal Meatballs, served with OIC’s homemade marina sauce.
Atlantic Salmon
For your entrée, choose from a wide array of delectable dishes that beautifully showcase the flavors and culinary techniques of Italy. The Lamb Chops are a show-stopper with five marinated chops expertly grilled and served with a rosemary brandy sauce. The fresh-caught Atlantic Salmon is another excellent choice – grilled to perfection and served with a mouthwatering beurre blanc, saffron risotto, and seasonal vegetables.
Gelato Ball
And, of course, a Mother’s Day dinner isn’t complete without dessert. OIC offers many memorable options, including the crowd-favorite Gelato Ball – luxurious raspberry sorbet coated in rich dark chocolate and covered with a fresh raspberry sauce.
