The Osteria IL Centro family is pleased to announce that we’ve reached 1,000 followers on Facebook! To celebrate, we asked our wonderful followers to share with us their favorite wine and OIC entrée they would pair it with. Along with many others, Amy Uffendell shared her favorites and won a bottle of vino!

Her favorite wine is the En Route Pinot Noir paired with either the Orecchiette Carbonara Gorgonzola or the Pepper Pasta. Although, the OIC family has introduced her to Cirq Pinot Noir which comes in very close to En Route as her all time favorite wine (We know, Amy, it’s hard to choose)!
OIC has had the pleasure of getting to know Amy and why she loves Osteria IL Centro.
“I love the wait staff, everyone is so personable and friendly, it kind of feels like being at home,” said Uffendell.
To celebrate this major milestone, we’ve given Amy a bottle of vino from our reserve to thank her for her loyalty. Little did we know that Amy and her husband, John Uffendell, are expecting their first child together in September!
Amy says, “Of course, the food and wine at Osteria IL Centro is always delicious, I can’t wait until September when I can drink the wine!”
