We are grateful to be among the restaurants that have been fortunate enough to weather the storm of this pandemic thus far, largely thanks to our loyal patrons who have continued to order and pick-up curbside. We sincerely thank you for your continued support of Osteria Il Centro! Since closing our doors in March, we have looked forward to the day that we would be able to welcome you in again.
We reopened Monday, June 8th with our normal business hours of 4:00pm-10:00pm Monday- Thursday and 4:00pm-11:00pm, Friday and Saturday. We are comfortable reopening our dining room now as we have carefully prepared and are abiding by all capacity and spacing requirements laid out by the Kansas City Health Department.
We have spent time preparing to reopen by reorienting our staff, implementing new sanitation guidelines and thoroughly cleaning our restaurant. The safety of our employees and customers is our top priority and we wanted to be sure we opened only when we felt we could manage the responsibility of keeping everyone safe and avoiding putting anyone’s health at risk.
We have implemented a variety of new policies to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible including but not limited to, single-use menus, frequent and thorough hand washing and blocked-off tables to maintain distance.
INSTALLATION OF SYNEXIS MICROBIAL REDUCTION SYSTEMS
In the next few weeks, Osteria Il Centro, both eggtc locations, and all Minsky’s metro area locations will install state-of-the-art air cleansing systems.
