Southern California arts and entertainment writer Paul Hodgins spends two weeks in Kansas City every summer teaching – and “visiting all the best bars and restaurants” the city has to offer. In his recent article, “Kansas City is the Midwest’s best watering hole,” published in the Orange County Register, Hodgins selected Osteria Il Centro as one of his “Top Five Recommended Stops” on a trip to Kansas City.
