Mothers may choose a favorite from OIC’s wine-by-the-glass list or a delicious starter from the extensive appetizers menu. For something bright and fresh, order the Osteria Bruschetta; or, for the more adventurous palates, start the meal off with the Shrimp Carciofi—delicious shrimp served over artichoke bottoms with a rich garlic lemon butter accompaniment.
OIC's Atlantic Salmon
Mom has a fantastic array of entrées to choose from after enjoying her complimentary glass of wine or appetizer. Osteria IL Centro’s fresh-caught Atlantic Salmon is the perfect spring evening meal—marinated, grilled, and served with a cilantro beurre blanc, saffron risotto, and seasonal vegetables. For something indulgent and comforting, the Chicken Walnut Pasta is a must-try dish with its velvety smooth Gorgonzola cream sauce.
