The April 2018 issue of Ingram’s magazine included a feature on Ingram’s 20th Anniversary “Forty Under 40 – A Generation of Kansas City’s Future Leaders.” We’re pleased to say Osteria IL Centro’s General Manager, Brent Wittrock, was part of that list! Brent joined Osteria IL Centro in 2001 after graduating from Northern Iowa and since that time Brent’s become an important part of not only the culture and experience that is Osteria IL Centro, but also a part of sister restaurants Minsky’s Pizza and eggtc.
Ingram’s noted that Brent’s responsibilities “extend beyond the back room of the restaurants and out into the community as he connects with local non-profits for mutually beneficial promotions and benefits.” (OIC regulars know that Brent can also be found behind the IL Centro bar several nights a week serving up fine wine and other libations!)
Brent told Ingram’s that he and his wife Katie are focused “on making sure their three kids grow up in what he calls ‘the best place in America I know of to live, work, eat, play and raise a family.’” The team at Osteria IL Centro couldn’t agree more, Brent! Salute!
